Sabi Mand is a zealous advocate for his clients. He works vigorously to provide effective representation and results for his clients.

Sabi has worked for several Bay Area law firms handling all aspects of civil litigation. He has represented clients in a wide range of legal matters including commercial and business disputes, employment law, family law, landlord/tenant matters, construction disputes, and other general civil litigation. Sabi has performed in depth analysis and review of E-discovery issues in complex litigation matters for Chevron and Google. His transactional experience includes assisting clients form LLC’s and S corporations, and drafting the incorporation documents and annual meeting minutes.

Sabi has volunteered as an attorney for the Alameda County Superior Court in the Family Law and Unlawful Detainer Courts.

Sabi has very refined negotiation and interpersonal communication skills. He has been a coach and judge for the UC Hastings negotiation team. In addition, Sabi has had the honor of being a judge for the ABA Law Student Division Negotiation, Mediation, and National Moot Court Competitions. He has also worked as a mediator for over 10 years and helped clients resolve their disputes amicably.

Sabi is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu. He enjoys chess, skiing, hiking, and running.

Sabi is a graduate of UC Hastings and received his undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley in Political Science, with Distinction. He is admitted to practice in California.
